"Grin and Bear It Day" - 1st Session

Once each session we have a special photo morning called "Grin and Bear It" Day.

Tim, our wonderful photographer, comes to camp and takes an all-camp photo, cabin pictures, and individual photos of every camper holding something that represents their most favorite thing to do at camp. This fall every camper will receive their own album with these photos. There are also group photos of all sisters, international campers, and Nicolet "Chips" (campers and staff whose moms or grandmothers were also at Nicolet in past years). After smiling so much all morning for the camera, it's easy to go back to our regular activities in the afternoon just smiling even more! The 2nd session campers will have their picture day on Tuesday morning, August 8th, so if you are a visiting parent, please plan accordingly. We are happy to give you a preview of 1st session photos!

Our 2006 international staff come from all over the world via the agencies Camp Counselors USA  and BUNAC. Countries represented this summer are: England, Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Mexico, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan

First session has an enthusiastic and energetic group of Nicolet "Chips"!

Thirty one sisters (and bros) are attending Nicolet this session.
