July 22nd, 2004

Greetings from Camp Nicolet, where the First Session has wound down to a close, and Second Session 2004 is more than off and running! Things sure have been busy here at camp and all of us on the newsletter staff (namely, myself) extend our apologies for the lapse in newsletters. With everything which goes on at camp, we do our best to publish these in a timely fashion - and sometimes we slip a little, as we often place coordinating program and creating a positive experience for the camper in front of sorting through and publishing newsletter material. We do, however, realize that both of these elements are important - properly coordinated activities for the campers and positive camp/parent communication - and thus we bring 4 more issues of News from Franklin Lake to you, brimming with pictures from the past three weeks at camp. We'll explain in more detail what each of the issues entails - but in this first, check out both Second and First session pictures from some Awesome Activities around camp.

Until Next Time...

There's a quick look at First and Second Session Campers participating in some of Camp Nicolet's awesome activities! That's all for this edition of News from Franklin Lake... be sure to check out the other latest editions of the newsletter for complete coverage of Camp Nicolet's Independence Day celebration, coverage of the Isle Royale Honors Backpacking trip, and pictures from the 2004 Nicolet Olympics. But before we wrap up here, we dug back into the archives and found some pictures from this past winter's Annual Midwest Open House in Winnetka, IL which we wanted to share with you! Enjoy this "newsletter rewind," and, as always, Think Sunshine!
