Sunday is a fun day dedicated to an exciting all-camp activity based on a theme such as Carnival Day or Treasure Hunt. The traditional Sunday evening barbecue or picnic supper is followed by a talent show or other special activity.

Application Timetable

Inquiries and applications are welcome year-round. Whenever possible, prospective families are encouraged to call and tour Nicolet during camp.

We'd love to hear from you! If you're interested in attending Camp Nicolet, please fill out our prospective camper form. We'll send you an information packet and a Camp Nicolet DVD.

Fees

The fees for 2008 will be as follows:

  • Full Session tuition: $6225.00
    Camp Store included.
    Horseback riding (three days per week): $490.00

    First Session tuition: $3095.00
    Camp Store included.
    Horseback riding (three days per week): $210.00

    Second Session tuition: $3875.00
    Camp Store included.
  • Horseback riding (three days per week): $280.00

    Additional horseback riding and/or water skiing/wakeboarding lessons are available six days per week for an extra fee.

2008 Summer Camp Dates

Full Session (Seven weeks) Saturday, June 21 -Friday, August 8
First Session (Three weeks) Saturday, June 21 - Saturday, July 12
Second Session (Four weeks) Sunday, July 13 - Friday, August 8
Parent Visitation Thursday, July 10 - Wednesday, August 6, 2008


Fees cover the following:

  • 2008 camp DVD
  • 2008 camp photo album
  • Camp Store fee: a non-refundable $25/week allowance
  • Some special tripping adventures
  • Wisconsin state sales tax: 5.5%

Your completion and submission of the online registration (link is on our home page) or a mailed printed version and a $750.00 deposit confirms a place for your daughter. This deposit is refundable until April 1 of the enrollment year less a service charge of $250.00. Tuition fees are payable by May 1 of the enrollment year. Credit card payments are for the amount of deposit only and are accepted online by our processor. All other payments are by check, money order, or wire transfer.

Camp Store

Any charges incurred over and above the weekly allowance will be billed separately at the end of the camp season.

Sister Discount:

For sisters attending camp during the same summer, there is a $50.00 discount for 3 or 4 -week campers and a $100.00 discount for 7-week campers.

Note:

No reduction in tuition will be made for early withdrawal or dismissal. We (the Camp Directors) reserve the right to dismiss a camper at any time during the season if such action is necessary for the best interests of the camp.

Financial Aid

The Camp Nicolet Foundation, Inc. has established a Camper Scholarship Program. Several partial camperships are available each summer. Assistance is awarded to applicants based upon merit and need as determined by the Foundation Board of Directors. Please contact the camp office for more information.
