What A Camper Learns

Tuition & Fees

Registration

Your completion of the registration form (either online or hardcopy) and the amount of deposit stated on the Fact Sheet enclosed with your enrollment materials will confirm a place for your daughter. This deposit is refundable until May 1st, less a service charge.

Camp Tuition

A statement for the balance of your tuition will be sent approximately April 1st. We request that all accounts be paid in full prior to the opening day of camp. Tuition fees include Wisconsin sales tax , a camp photo album and a video from the current summer.

Refunds/Reductions

If illness or another emergency situation approved by the Camp Director necessitates late arrival or early departure from camp, tuition refunds will be prorated accordingly. If the time period is less than seven days, there will be no refund.

No reduction in tuition will be made for early withdrawal or dismissal. The Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss a camper at any time during the season if such action is necessary for the best interests of the camp.

Additional Fees

There is an additional charge for campers who participate in specific elective activities and challenge adventures. A special mailing and permission forms will be sent to camp families prior to camp.

Discounts

There is a discount when sisters attend Camp Nicolet at the same time.

There is an account credit when a family refers another camper who attends Nicolet - be one, find one!

Camp Store Deposit

This is for the use of your daughter's purchase of incidental items and spending money on out-of-camp trips

I.R.S. Information

Summer camp is considered to be a child-care expense and in many cases is tax deductible. Ask your tax consultant about your eligibility, as claiming the child-care credit can be a valuable tax break.

Financial Assistance

A few partial camperships are made available each summer by the Camp Nicolet Foundation. Assistance is awarded to applicants of merit on a basis of need as determined by the Board of Directors. For more information or a campership application, please contact us.
