Nicolet Village
A special place in the heart of the Nicolet National Forest.
 Why is Nicolet Village so special? Surrounded
by the natural beauty of Wisconsin’s great
Northwoods, the comfortable cottages are
set along the shore of Franklin Lake. Spring-fed
and crystal clear, the lake provides a
perfect playground for all water activities.
Private and peaceful, our miles of forest
trails provide hours of enjoyment for hikers,
mountain bikers, cross country skiers,
and mushers. Two large bald eagle nests
watch over the Village and it is not unusual
to see a doe and her fawn, fox, otters,
or other forest friends. Each cottage is
complete with a private dock, rowboat or
canoe, charcoal grill, firewood, and trail
use.As Nicolet Village is adjacent to Camp Nicolet, a private independent summer camp, we are also able to offer our Village guests the opportunity to rent kayaks, sailboards, and sailboats. Waterskiing and wakeboarding lessons and rides are also available by appointment with the Northpoint Wakeboard and Waterski School. |
ChaletMaximum 5 people.A genuine Alpine décor, Chalet offers a warm European atmosphere highlighted by the beautiful panoramic view of Franklin Lake from the upper balcony. Full kitchen, snack counter, dining area, living room with fireplace and bathroom complete the ground floor which opens onto a spacious deck facing the lake (ideal for watching sunsets). The second floor includes a private bedroom and a loft area which sleeps three. All linens, pillows, and blankets provided. A great private getaway destination! Available May 1st through March 1st by reservation. Rentals are on a weekly basis only (Saturday to Saturday) June through August. Weekly: $950.00 Daily: $155.00  |

Hemlock VillaMaximum 9 people.Nestled in a grove of towering hemlocks, this cottage reflects the ambiance of the Northwoods. The first floor kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, full bathroom, and two private bedrooms are surrounded by a spacious deck. The second floor loft sleeps five comfortably and overlooks Franklin Lake to the west and Sunfish Lake to the east. All linens, pillows, and blankets provided. A great vacation home for the entire family! Available May 1st through March 1st by reservation. Rentals are on a weekly basis only (Saturday to Saturday) June through August. Deerpath LodgeMaximum 16 people.Filled with the rustic atmosphere of the Northwoods lumberjack era, this authentic log cabin offers all the amenities for an exciting "up north" vacation. Because of its lumbering size, it is ideal for family reunions, club outings, sports people of all seasons, mushers, and skiers. The ground floor includes a large screened porch, 3 semi-private bedrooms, bathroom with multiple facilities, full kitchen, and a great room with fireplace and woodstove. The two loft areas have 5 cots on each side. Linens, pillows, and blankets are not supplied. Available May 1st to June 1st and September 1st through March 1st. Weekly: $850.00 Daily: $150.00 |

ReservationsA deposit of $100.00/cottage is required which will be applied to the total rental fee. In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least two weeks in advance. Your deposit will be refunded less a $50. service charge.Please note:
